Breastfeeding 101 – "What You Really Need to Know"

Just as childbirth classes prepare expectant parents for labor and delivery our breastfeeding class will teach you the benefits of breastfeeding, proper breastfeeding techniques and positions, common stumbling blocks, pumping/storing and introducing a bottle. Cost – $40

How to Calm & Soothe Your Crying Baby –
Based on “The Happiest Baby on the Block” by Dr. Harvey Karpp

New parents will learn step-by-step how to help their baby sleep better and how to soothe even the fussiest baby in minutes...even seconds! Our class is based on the highly effective, new approach to babies by Dr. Harvey Karp in his best-selling book and DVD "The Happiest Baby on the Block". Cost – $60

Pumping, Bottle Feeding & Going Back to Work

• Date: First Thursday of every month @ 1:00pm

Learn the secrets to pumping and bottle feeding to help ease the stress of returning to work. Tracy Corey, RN, IBCLC, will share her tips and help you set up a plan of action to make the process of pumping and going back to work as easy as possible. She will go over which pump is the best for your situation, how to store and heat your breastmilk, how to transition your baby to the bottle and which bottle is best for your baby. We will also cover all the tools needed to simplify things and save you precious time. Cost – $40
